What about training and support for Natural Log™ 8 for Windows?
Due to the heavy demand expected for installation support and training immediately after release of Natural Log for Windows, we have adopted these policies:
- If you are currently on an annual support package for Natural Log DOS, Natural Software support will provide training and installation support for Natural Log Windows. This will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you are a licensed NL-DOS user [who upgrades to Natural Log Windows] but is not currently on an annual support package for Natural Log DOS, Natural Software support cannot assist you with Natural Log for Windows training and installation support. We will be able to assist only with program errors that cause the program to completely stop operating.
Natural Log academy, a 3 day hands-on training course, is held at our offices in San Antonio Texas to help NL-DOS users learn to make full use of all the new features of Natural Log Windows.
