TELEPHONE TRAINING REQUEST FORM

We are pleased to offer our new Natural Log 8 customers up to 4 hours of telephone training, to be provided within one year of purchase. Extended training sessions are available after the first year at the rate of $75 per hour.

All customers requesting this training must have installed and registered the software, as well as read our Quick Start Guide and completed their station setup prior to the training session.

Training is only available between the 10th and 25th of each month and will be scheduled based on our staff availability. Selecting multiple time slots that you are available will assist us in scheduling you as quickly as possible.
